What Should We Bring on our Charter?

Clothing to Bring

Rain Gear

Ketchikan gets a lot of rain, so please pack a quality rain jacket and rain pants.  Waterproof hiking books or rubber boots are best for a long day on the water.  We don't always fish in the rain, but it's a safe bet that on your charter we will experience rain.

Sunglasses and Hats

Sunglasses and hats are recommended.  Polarized sunglasses are the best choice, and any baseball hat or hat is also recommended.

Warm Clothes and layers

We recommend that guests dress accordingly.  Alaska weather is unpredictable, and we recommend layers that can be added or taken off to help keep you warm

Other Items to Consider

Sunscreen

When the Alaskan sun makes an appearance, it is bright and powerful.  Sunscreen is recommended.

Food and Beverage

We supply bottled water and light snacks (Chips, crackers, cookies, etc.) on the vessel.  If you and your group wishes to bring food or alcohol, we supply a clean food and beverage cooler with Ice.  Please NO glass bottles on the boat for your safety.

Cameras!

Bring you phone or camera!  Lots of amazing memories and views await you and your group while on your Ketchikan Fishing Charter.
